Get Moving
If your legs want to walk, indulge them. Get out of bed and take a quick stroll round your house.
Exercise
Sleep experts usually advise giving exercise a miss immediately before bed, but gentle exercise, such as stretching just before turning in can be helpful.
No Caffeine
Limit tea and coffee. Have a cup of herbal tea instead.
Minerals
Try taking a mineral supplement containing calcium, magnesium and potassium and zinc.
